The Virgin Jerry

The Virgin Jerry was a Chicago based alternative rock band with influences ranging from Americana to garage rock, active from December of 2018 until the summer of 2021. They were made up of (from L to R): drummer and multi-instrumentalist Stas Gunkel, bassist and vocalist Franklin Brady, guitarist and vocalist Sam Smith, keyboardist Brian Huetteman and guitarist Leo Redican.

During his tenure in the band, Stas played on, produced, engineered and mixed both their albums, Coffee and Cake & Under a Crouching Sun, including all three singles.
