Mock Nine was an indie pop/rock band based in Chicago and fronted by Tommy Langford.

Stas began helping the band at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in April of 2020 in order to contribute remotely recorded drum tracks. Following his work on White Water and Rose Gold, Tommy invited him to join as a permanent member.

After a brief stint working with the band on future singles, Stas amicably split with the band in April of 2021 in order to pursue new projects.
