ktwheels is the musical project of singer and songwriter Katie Wheeler, best described as crunchy indie rock with hints of folk. Heavily influenced by powerhouse female guitarists and songwriters such as Madison Cunningham, Soccer Mommy, Courtney Barnett, Snail Mail, Phoebe Bridgers, and Joni Mitchell, ktwheels is driven by cool syncopated riffs and alternate tunings.

Debut EP Junk Drawer is produced, engineered and mixed by Max DiFrisco of Westhead, who also asked Stas to contribute viola for two tracks on the EP.
